Electric soldering irons
Guilbert Express launches the first electric soldering irons.
1932
Equipment which operates using butane/propane
Guilbert Express starts marketing equipment which operates using butane/propane, and which is destined to experience considerable growth after the Second World War.
1950
New range of modified blowlamps and soldering irons
At the beginning of the 1950s and with increasing demand from the general public, after a careful assessment of consumers’ needs, Guilbert Express bring out a new range of modified blowlamps and soldering irons.
1972
Appearance of the ``Cercoflam Express``
Revolution in the plumbing sector with the appearance of the “Cercoflam Express”.
1992
The torch for the Olympic flame
Guilbert Express is asked to design and make the torch for the Olympic flame for the Albertville Winter Olympics. 150 copies are made which truly resemble works of art.

The French benchmark
The Express brand is the French benchmark for heating tools for building trades professionals and, at the very centre of the Sahara, celebrates with customers the 5 millionth Express blowlamp sold.

The arrival of the Vulcane Express torch and its revolutionary self-maintenance system is shaking up the sanitary world. At this point, more than 65 patents have been filed and registered since the company’s inception!

Guilbert Express was awarded the prestigious Visas Qualité 2012 prize in the “Leadership” category in recognition of its performance in terms of competitiveness at a ceremony organized at the Ministry of Finance by the leaders of France Qualité Performance.
